I have seen a similar effect with the pxelinux.0 included in Debian
Etch. Using http://www.ultradesic.com/pub/pxelinux.0.gz instead solved
it. Of course that doesn't help you if you are trying to boot something
else (as that "memtestux.cfg" suggests).
