The soekris-tech list is a user to user forum, I do read it, and if I'm 
not too busy (like working hard to finish up the USB boot code), or the 
issue is important and of general interest, might post myself.

As it says on the soekris website, technical questions should be 
directly to sa...@soekris.com, where there actually is assigned a person 
to respond to all emails.

That said, no, schematics are not generally available. And no, I don't 
think it's a power supply issue, the power supply on the net5501 is 
solid with large and fast decoupling.

And afaik, WLAN problem like yours usually turns out to be driver 
issues, it have been covered on the soekris-tech list several times.
