[soft_radio] IEEE Membership

I wonder if this is the right place to ask, but does anyone here have 
an IEEE membership? If yes, could that somebody download SDR related 
documents from the IEE website and maybe upload them somewhere in 
cyberspace. The IEEE has a lot of information and papers on SDR.
Someone do Something.
