I am sorry but I'm with Arvid - this is complete rubbish. In my opinion _NO_ company can agree to this - we definitely need the ability to re-open old job data in the future.
Discontinuing Softimage is hard enough to swallow (especially as it gets announced with the quite cynical claim that they "*[...] **do believe that by focusing our efforts we can better serve the needs of the media and entertainment industry and provide customers with better products, faster [...]*" ) But this part of the transition offer definitely needs to be reworked. -M -- Martin Chatterjee [ Freelance Technical Director ] [ http://www.chatterjee.de ] [ https://vimeo.com/chatterjee ] nbsp;] On Tue, Mar 4, 2014 at 6:43 PM, Arvid Björn <arvidbj...@gmail.com> wrote: > Excuse me, but THIS IS BULLSHIT: > > *"Please note that the right to use the Softimage license will terminate > at the end of the transition period if you are still on Subscription.
