yes headshots are easy - it moves like a normal mouse and does not bend like a normal joystick, there is a lot of precision, its just your whole hand is moving in a monkey grip position rather than being contorted and twisted around the wrist causing overlapping nerves in the hands when over-using mouse buttons.
