Well, looks like you've got your drives being pointed out to you.  I'd say that 
your errors are definitely within c1t4.  My suggestion is that instead of 
worrying about where the bad blocks on that drive are, just replace it with a 
like sized drive.  I've not used metastat before, so I'm not sure, but it looks 
like you may soon need to replace c1t2 also...
