Read the manpages, search Sun's website.

The metastat manpage states the following:

See the Solaris Volume Manager Administration Guide for
instructions on replacing disks and handling volumes in
Needs maintenance or Last erred states.

The Solaris Volume Manager Administration Guide is easily found by
searching Sun's website.

But are you sure it's a raid0? Your output shows:
d0: RAID

A stripe (raid0) will show:
d0: Concat/Stripe

Mirrors show:
d0: Mirror

And if memory serves me correct, only raid5 reads like your output.

Besides, if it were only a stripe, and you had a failed disk, your whole
filesystem would be unusable right now.
