second phase by the maximum length of the query string.
For Tomcat you can increase the allowed length of the query string by adding
for example _maxHttpHeaderSize="65536"_ to the Connector entries in server.xml.
This increases the max. allowed GET request size to 64KB (standard is 4KB).
