Kenyan teacher shot DEAD in Juba: For what?? A Kenyan school teacher employed at the private Dr. John Garang International School in Juba was shot dead Sunday while driving innocently past Dr. John Garang Mausoleum allegedly by a uniformed SPLA soldier. Tragic as the death of this innocent woman is, it's also sadly ironic because the victim is an employee of a business owned by Nyandeng, the wife of late Dr. Garang and was shot at the moment when the national flag was reportedly being lowered at Garang's grave. Moreover, there is no forewarning at all in the area to deter people moving, driving, looking or talking during that event's specific moment. THE QUESTION IS: WHEN HAS IT BECOME A LAW OF THE COUNTRY THAT ANY PERSON SEEN MOVING DURING THE ACT OF THIS ARCHAIC, COLONIAL CEREMONY MUST BE EITHER SHOT, ARRESTED OR BEATEN UP BY THE COUNTRY'S SECURITY-- i.e. SPLA FORCES, POLICE OR OTHER NEFARIOUS FORCES OF THE SECURITY?
