The blender exporter bug has been resolv in 0.13.2, go to the download page : http://download.gna.org/soya/ . For the moment, Jiba didn't make a new because of minor changes and because he didn't test possible new bugs.

I would guess if that happens, it'll be down the road. There are some other areas I wouldn't mind seeing some improvement in first.
