I'm not an expert on Windows porting (IANAEOWP), but it looks like the freetype library is missing. I found a howto on compiling freetype on Windows: http://www.freetype.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/freetype/howto/windows.txt?annotate=1.2&sortby=date
