Well...  The cert looks good now, BTW.

I still don't really like the idea of distributing a key + cert just for
testing purposes.  I can't quite explain why, but I can point to pretty
much every other software package that does SSL not including them as
a statement that it's not generally done.

I also think that the test should not attempt to auto-enable and should
be enabled in the same method as network and razor tests.  There are
times you'd want to compile in support, and run the main tests, but not
run the SSL test(s).

So I'm -0.5.  I think some changes need to be made.  However, if everyone
else thinks it's a good idea, fine.
