Interesting.  We did not anticipate that someone would want to block
every locale (including their own).  If you want no email whatsoever,
you don't need SpamAssassin.  Just send it all to /dev/null.

You would not need to list every locale, you just put "all".  There is
an example in the documentation.

ok_locales en
------- end ----------------------------

It might not hurt to add another example.  Then again, you did miss the
example for "ok_locales all".  :-)
