I found the reason for all the errors, it's the "d" switch. If you export the ENV var, 
you don't need it 
and it just specifies another empty CVSROOT. So, everything will be successful, but it 
will throw errors 
for this path, of course.
I didn't get how to put "^v^m" in there, but this is now a script which will login 
automatically:

export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous:""@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/spamassassin
cvs login
cvs update -P
cvs logout
