Thanks Tony, I'd be interesting in seeing the scripts you use.  They
should be most helpful.

We are also in a mixed environment with Exchange.  We have a freshly
installed (not upgraded) Exchange 2003 box running on Windows 2003
Server and a few Exchange 5.5 boxes behind that running Windows 2000
Server.  From the discussion, it appears that we'll be ok sending to
Exchange 2003 first, then letting Exchange pass the messages on to 5.5
clients.  I'll check the results of headers before I run sa-learn
though.
