Hi Daniel,
Are you suggesting a separate list of redirection domains?
I don't think there are enough of them to break it out; probably
no more than a few dozen.  Or are you thinking in terms of
special message parsing behavior if a domain is a redirector?

BTW I heard back from SnipURL and they seem quite interested in
using SURBLs to deny access to their services by spammers.
