Nope didn't reinstall spamassassin. I assumed it just
worked the way you suggest.

Yup they are still there.

Yeah I actually changed the amavis kill_level and such to
my preferred settings.

Its the actual scores that are different. I was thinking
that maybe bayes or something wasn't working.. but the
message header shows bayes fileters.

Very strange behavior.
