Without having even the faintest idea as to how you invoked SA before the change and not knowing much about amavis-new, I can only guess as to the reason for this. Thoughts based on this guess: 1: Did you previously invoke SA in such a way that it ran as the user the mail was delivered to? 2: Does amavis-new allways invoke SA as the same user? If the answers to both 1 and 2 above are yes, you now have a sitewide bayes database and are no longer using the user-specific bayes database you previously used.
