All my changes are in /etc/mail/spamassassin

I can, but the files have not changed... so I'm thinking
that isn't really related.

Well, no it seem that some very blatant spam is not being
detected. It is still catching a good amount of spam.

I'd have to dig pretty deep into logs to be sure on this
since this has been pretty much working great and fully
automated for about 8 months on spamassassin only.
