First off, you guys are great.  I mean that.  I appreciate the quick
responses, and I think we're getting somewhere.  You've been very patient
with someone who's perhaps more novice than he originally believed.

With that in mind, quick question:  what is a "joe job" (or "joejobber")?
I've heard the term used frequently, and I've probably seen it, but I don't
know what you're referring to.
