ultra5 and tftpbooting

Hi,

Anyone had success booting an ultra 5 with a late tftp boot kernel?

I have tried various ones. One booted fine, but could not find my
happymeal PCI NIC.
Others failed for some reasonor another.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
