Call back and ask them to immediately transfer you to the east coast
(Rochester) the idiots in San Diego couldnt install redhat if their life
depended on it.
(yes, i know this for a fact, because a lot of the people on the East
Coast are my friends, i live with two of them, and a third is my
girlfriend ;)
OTOH, i'm writing this email on a redhat sparc 10, so it's easy enough to
do, i had 0 problems and i even used the ftp install...
(btw, the 'sparc guru' on the east coast -is- in North Carolina for more
training and will return monday, maybe you should try then)
