I am sorry but i have just 2 questions:
- i don't arrive to use TPP with my thermo raw file,
nevertheless i arrived to convert this raw file to mzXML.
- I don't know if you know glycominer, but i have the same
problems with my mzXML files are not recognized by this software.
If you have a solution, or if you can explain my the procedure.
