Eileen, I don't see this problem with my test dataset but that doesn't mean much because it's a different dataset running on a different system. If you send me your files (zip up all of the interact* files and email them to me), I'll take a look. That XPressCGIProteinDisplay isn't something I wrote so have low expectations that I can identify and fix the problem you're seeing. :)
