Hi Rachel, I have compiled a version of iProphet (InterProphetParser.exe) in 64-bit to see if that fixes the issue. Please backup your copy in C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin (by renaming) and copy the following 64-bit binary to C:\Intepub\tpp-bin https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21286225/InterProphetParser.exe
