Hi All,

 

I have a question for those who are familiar with the Spectrum/Service
desk integration.  I am trying to configure our integration so that when
a new ticket is opened in Spectrum, the userid of the user who opened it
appears in the contact section of the ticket instead of the default
'spectrum'.  I am currently running 9.0 with Sp1 and have read the
updated 5178 integration guide. The guide makes reference to something
similar to this on Page 34, in modifying the service-desk-ticket-config
file.  Is this the correct place to make the modification I am looking
for, or am I even able to accomplish what I am trying to do with this
file?  The comments in the config file itself is not entirely clear on
this.
