Make sure that you copied the integration files to the service desk primary web 
server and ran the execution scripts(it uses web services calls).
Then make sure that you followed the manual 5178 to create the ticket 
template(incident, problem, request or issue), created the contacts, and the 
rest of the required information in Service Desk. Spectrum 8.1 and Spectrum 9.0 
have a similar process, but 9.0 updates the scripts slightly and introduces the 
CI sync feature.

Hi List Members,

We are having an issue with the Spectrum integration to Service Desk. When 
adding the Service Desk information into One Click Administration page, we get 
the following error:

"Unable to connect to Service Desk web service. Check Service Desk 
configuration information."

The credentials we entered are all correct but we still get the same error. Has 
anyone experienced this issue before? please assist.
