Hi List Members, We are having an issue with the Spectrum integration to Service Desk. When adding the Service Desk information into One Click Administration page, we get the following error:
"Unable to connect to Service Desk web service. Check Service Desk configuration information." The credentials we entered are all correct but we still get the same error.
