Disclaimer - running version 9.1.1.7.13 on Windows 2003. We've got a couple hundred APC SmartUPS units installed on the network, with SNMP management cards installed and configured to send traps to Spectrum, but we're not showing any alarms for when utility power is lost, or temperature/humidity threshold violations. I've got a UPS here at my desk as a test, modeled it, made sure the trapreceiver settings were configured correctly, and then pulled the plug to make it run on battery power, but I'm not showing any events in the Spectrum device events tab. I know this was working in version 8.1, but for some reason it's not working in 9.1. I've even loaded the latest Powernet MIB and gone through the Event Configuration table to make sure there are alarm severities configured on all the relevant events, and still nothing. Anybody having similar problems, and what did you do to correct the issue(s), if anything? Thanks!
