9.1 H12 had the problem with v2c traps (on the Windows platform).
9.1 H14 fixed it (possibly 9.1 SP3 also).
Current patch level for 9.1 is H15, but I have not updated to that level yet.

Hi,

Are your UPS sending traps in v2c or v3? I'm not sure what Spectrum
versions are affected by this bug, but it's not processing v2c or v3
traps.
Check with a traffic analyzer witch trap version are using your UPS.
Some devices send v2c traps even though they're configured to use v1.

With the traffic analyzer (wireshark or tcpdump) running in SS, you
can also make sure your SS server is receiving the traps. Sometimes
you thinks it's a Spectrum problem but really your server is not even
receiving the trap!!!
