Hi everyone, my customer has got Spectrum 9.2.1.7.38 installed on 3 Windows 2003 servers. Those servers are 3 Spectrum components: SpectroServer, OneClick and BOXI. They are having problems with watches they created.
They are using lots of watches to monitor specific devices as UPS devices and Huawei switches. They have created watches some time ago and they were in Active state after creation. The problem occurs when Spectroserver is restarted. After restart, lots of watches get into Initial state and stay that way. At the same time the rest of the watches get into Active state like they should (they were also in Active state before SS restart). When Initial watches are stopped/started, they get into Active state. Do you know what could be the reason watches get stuck in Initial state and how could I quickly get them into Active state?
