Yes, I did.
Basically it boils down to two steps:
1. Search for the container you want to add the device in; you want to
have its model handle. You need to create the XML representation of a
search, POST it and get the result.
2. Create a device thru a POST request with the given parent model
handle set.
On the SpectroServer you will find a directory call "RestfulExamples".
Have a look into it. It will give you a lot of pointers...
