Did a  `dpkg -l '*tex*'`

Found (uninstalled) packages like 'texlive-lang-french',
'texlive-lang-german' and 'texlive-lang-european'. So NO
'texlive-lang-dutch'.

Installed 'texlive-lang-german' and tested with

\documentclass[german]{report}

Got  "Kapitel", the german word for "Chapter".

Installed 'texlive-lang-european' and tested with

\documentclass[dutch]{report}

Got "Hoofdstuk", the dutch word for "Chapter"         \o/

Went back to my sphinx-doc project, got a build error.  Removed the
build directory. Got succesful build.

With   "Hoofdstuk"      \o/     yeah   \o/    cheer   \o/

Thanks

Regards
