: Kurt, hmm, thanks for that. I use a mac, so it might be my wireless magic mouse. A mouse has a slightly different sound when scrolling. Same encoding scheme, but due to the sampling rate for fine mouse movements, the bursts are intermixed with a steady hissing/buzzing sound. If you dont' know the operating frequency of your mouse, check the FCC ID#, or you can post it here and I can tell you.
