Hello, How many cities out there allow the 3 unit condo complex to have 13D system in each unit. Meaning, each unit has its own 1" meter, riser, and two head calculation? The middle unit has two hour walls from foundation up through the attic but without the parapet. Redondo Beach has hundreds of these kind of lots. Since 1991 this arrangement has been allowed. If other cities have these kind of buildings but don't allow the 13D how are they protected, 13R? If Redondo did 13R they would have an FDC every 50' down many streets. What is reasonable?
