If he sends you an email or letter ok'ing it, and the heads are reasonably
new, you might consider it- but it sure saves a lot of liability and
discussion to just put new ones in....

We're doing a 3-story IL where the Owner used to be a volunteer firefighter.
Just wanted something with hose valves but once we got into discussing it,
it's far easier to go ahead and put the control valves at the base of each,
run 4" instead of 3", and comply with #14. Same idea. Just do it right as
much as you can.
