Does anyone on the list happen to have either the Aboveground or Underground (or both) Contractor's Material and Test Certificate's in a MS Word format? I have them in a .pdf format but wanted to create usable forms that can be typed into. In that manner, I need a Word version. Before I get someone to type them up, thought I might ask......
