Most Hollow core plank are covered with a topping. You can thru drill the
core and washer the top, and it will be covered by the topping.(Tolco Fig.
107F turned upside down works good)

Just an FYI - Hilti HDI-P drop in anchors are not UL listed, only FM
approved and are manufactured in China even though Hilti is in Oklahoma.

I looked in the archives and informals but don't see this one.
We have a hollow core slab too thin to use the short concrete inserts.
Toggle bolts are only allowed for 1-1/2" and smaller. Sammy has a hanger
up to 2-1/2" pipe.
How have people been hanging 4" pipe under these type slabs?
