The unit with the kitchen is for the "Adults" to stay in, Kids get
the other units. The kitchen is not much larger than mine at home.
I don't think size necessarily matters, if it isn't in a dwelling
unit, then it would need to be 13. You may be able to get away with a
one sprinkler demand area, which may be tolerable. Ditto for the
dining room in terms of how it is protected. The AHJ or someone would
need to evaluate it and I would get the owner to sign off on whatever
is decided.

Well we don't have any basements. I would be interested in what you
used. My main concern is the use of 1 pump/tank setup for all the buildings.
I've got something to get out Monday, but I'll pull the file Tuesday
or Wednesday and see what I have.

Well the Lake is a bit farther away, I'm not worried about the
goalie mask, The owner is a Lawyer....
I might opt for the goalie mask. He never said much.
Another thing to consider, will this be shut down in the winter? If
so, should this be a dry or anti-freeze system?
