Chris I would believe you're correct, he DESIGNED it for .35/sq.ft. That would be $420,000.00 and just for fun say $50.00/hr that would be 8400 hours or just over 4 years of 40 hour work weeks.
That would make him a very SLOW designer and/or layout technician.
