2003 IBC 903.4.3 Floor control valves. Approved supervised indicating control valves shall be provided at the point of connection to the riser on each floor in high-rise buildings.

Also worth noting, nothing in 13 requires that each floor has its own control valve (except for high rises, I think). I tried to find the section that requires the control valves in high rises but couldn't. Anyone know if it's been removed, or am I just missing it?
