Craig, I may be off-base here but I would think that the burden of compliance would be on the manufacturer of the pump skid or package. This should be part of their work or package.
Although, if you are the EoR, I guess you need to know what is correct so that you can be sure their stuff is in compliance. So, forget what I said!
