Forum: I think that this subject may have been previously discussed a long time ago, but I can't remember the final judgment, thus, the question is, how does one justify passing pipe thru electrical or similar type rooms when its prohibited by the NEC code? This particular installation is to meet # 13, Light Hazard, and the local authority has no problem with it, and the rooms have Fire Sprinklers in them, which are mandated by the locals. The objection comes from the EOR. Help would be greatly appreciated.
