Folks in hell want ice water but that doesn't mean they get it. I just looked through the UL Directory and did not find one. May have overlooked it but until proven otherwise, yes give me a cup of that fine boiling water please.
As for HOW can that be. The AHJ's like them (with cause) so they require them. Tukwila has created a conflict by wanting ice water.
