*For Mr. Muncy's benefit, we are talking about our retrofit ordinance that exempts residential high-rise buildings built before 1975 as long as they have compartmentation and voice alarm. Hard to explain how our most recent fatal high-rise fire with allegedly good compartmentation still resulted in total burnout of the public corridor and 12 injuries outside the apartment of origin. Any thoughts that we are talking about football is just a coincidence.
