Well, I understand the state of Michigan decided it couldn't afford the safety of a new code adoption, must be they can't afford a fire marshal in AZ. Course if you look at the deficit, we can't afford the safety of the FDA, FTC, USDA, etc either- we could shut them all down and soon we'll actually have more employees working in private industry creating value than we have in the govt spending and redistributing it, and we'll be back to being a world power with a checkbook instead of a promise to pay, to be fulfilled in a couple generations.
