And your DOH might use the 1999 edition since they enforce the requirements of the CMS based on the federal edition of the LSC. We have that here in PA, where the feds require DOH to use 99 #13; if there is some business uses under L&I/local jurisdiction, that gets designed to 02 and now 07 #13. So, which do I use for the attic area above those rooms?
