I would agree, absent a compelling exception to normal practices. Remember that these business generally include highly flammable liquids (albeit in very small containers) and high wattage heat producing appliances. I'm picturing a scene from 20+ years ago with a bunch of those giant hairdryers, with women sporting beehive hairdos, walking around with their freshly polished nails whilst smoking cigarettes.
