Ron as you mentioned, yes the prison facility and where my office is in Mexico but I am in the city and the facility is in the middle of nowhere. I will definitely discuss the points which you have outlined about the evacuation plans. At this point the constructer is looking for a solution of Fire Protection without sprinkler system, they definitely will not put a sprinkler system its just going to be hose connections. So I am going between the Class II and the Class III system. And the untrained personal will have to use the standpipe - hose station in case of a fire as the FD will probably arrive there after the fire is out.
