That works so well for high rises, I'm surprised we don't locate the PIV and
FDC at least 2 blocks away.
Let's see blown out windows. (Possibly the work of other fire fighters)
Glass falling 30 stories. 
Kind of reminds me of I think the john Hancock Bld in bean town. If I
remember right it wasn't even fire that took out the windows, just some
swirly winds.

Generally, you'll find firefighters and apparatus near the FDC during an
operation , so I'm guessing it's that pesky firefighter safety thing.
